The agreement, in plain words

TaleForMe is operated by Conjora Limited, registered in Ireland. Using the site means accepting these terms.

A personalised children’s storybook, created from details you provide. The digital edition (€12.99) is the complete book to read on a screen plus a print-quality PDF. The printed editions are physical books, made to order.

Making a book is free. Payment unlocks the complete book; before that you can read the opening spreads.

• Having the right to give us the details you provide — you are the child’s parent or guardian, or you have their permission.
• Not asking for content that is unlawful, hateful, sexual, violent, or that uses characters or brands belonging to someone else.
• Checking the book before ordering a printed copy. Once it goes to press it cannot be changed.

• Making the book you asked for, to the standard shown on this site.
• Reprinting a printed book that arrives damaged, misprinted, or not as ordered.
• Handling your data as described in our privacy notice.

You own your copy. You may read it, print it, and give copies to family. We keep the copyright in the text and illustrations and licence them to you for personal, non-commercial use — you may not resell the book or use its illustrations commercially.

We do not use the books you make to train models or to promote the service without asking you first.

Printed books. They are made to your specification, so the ordinary 14-day change-of-mind right does not apply once printing has started. If it arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, we replace it. Tell us within 24 hours of ordering if you spot a mistake and we will try to stop it before it prints.

Digital books. If the book is not what was described, tell us within 14 days and we will put it right or refund you.

If we cannot deliver. If a book cannot be completed, you are not charged; if you have already paid, you are refunded in full.

Printed books take 7–10 working days to print and arrive. Those are estimates and not guarantees — for a fixed date, order in good time and take the digital edition as well.

Stories and illustrations are generated by computer, working to our brief and to the details you give us, and are checked automatically before you see them. Automated checks are not perfect: if something in your book is wrong, edit it or tell us, and we will fix it.

We are liable for what the law says we are liable for, and nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability for any book is limited to what you paid for it.

We may update these terms; the version that applies to an order is the one published when you placed it. Irish law applies and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
