Questions about paying
Do I pay before I see the book?
No. You make the book, read the opening spreads and change anything you want to — you only pay to unlock the whole thing.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per book and it is yours forever, including the PDF.
When can I order a printed book?
Soon. We are finishing work with a printer, and we would rather show you the exact paper and binding you will get than take money for a date we cannot promise. The digital book is available now, and every book you make is saved — so you can order the hardcover later for a book you made today.
What if I am not happy with it?
Email us and tell us what went wrong within 14 days. We will put it right or refund you. When printed books open, a copy that arrives damaged or wrong is reprinted.
